  • Product Strategy - I interviewed over 50 SMB contractors to build intuition around product strategy, feature requirements, and usability considerations since the product was targeting users who have low tech literacy. I worked with the founding team to define a narrow MVP from the long list of feature requests from users.
  • GTM Strategy - I worked with the team to Iterate on various GTM strategies to align on a low CAC (under $8/sign up) digital acquisition strategy that resulted in over 1000 customers within 6 months.
