Helped transition the business from Tech-Enabled Ops to Enterprise SaaS with 25+% DAU and 50+% WAU.

  • Business Strategy - GetDone initially was a tech-enabled general contractor business focused on delivering end-to-end make ready services. While the business was fairly successful, it required considerable funding to scale to new markets. However, the tools built to run the business were valuable for property management teams to manage their own pros.
  • Manage Major Pivot - I helped the team close out the tech-enabled ops business, which included communicating with customers and pros. The pivot also involved restructuring the team and setting up the new team that can effectively run the Enterprise SaaS business.
  • Product Strategy - Even though many of the internal tools built for the tech-enabled ops business can be adapted for the SaaS business, we had to carefully think through the user experience for the new ICP. Intuitive interfaces for non-tech savvy end user was more important than optimization and I helped the team think through those trade-offs. The product we launched has over 25% DAU and 50% WAU.
  • GTM Strategy- I helped the team build a complex integration with one of the leading PMS, with over 1,000 property management companies as customers. This integration helped start channel partnership conversations with multiple PMS that was interested in white-labelling the solution we built.
  • Executive Coaching - Helped the founders hire the initial team, build culture, set up mechanisms to measure and manage performance.
